Group definition
All persons, as well as their heirs and beneficiaries, who were sexually assaulted by any member of the clergy, member, employee, or agent of the religious congregation known as Les religieux de St-Vincent-de-Paul, during the period between January 1, 1940, and the date of the judgment to be rendered.
