Group definition
All persons who were sexually abused by a religious member of the Brothers of Charity or by an employee or volunteer, lay or religious, under the responsibility of the Brothers of Charity, during the period between January 1, 1940, and the judgment to be rendered, as well as their heirs and beneficiaries.
