“All persons, as well as their heirs and beneficiaries, who have been sexually assaulted by an ordained diocesan minister (bishop, priest, deacon), and/or by a lay minister, under the responsibility of the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of Joliette or the Roman Catholic Bishop of Joliette who exercised authority over the Diocese of Joliette during the period between January 1, 1940, and the date of approval of the Settlement Agreement by the court.”
